Careers

Analyst & Associates

  • Develop and maintain financial models under guidance from senior bankers
  • Redaction of marketing tools, including teasers and Information Memorandum
  • Perform valuation exercises to support the not-financial advice provided to the community
  • Perform market data analysis to monitor equity, debt and macro trends
  • Support the team in coordinating the processes internally and by liaising with the community and other advisers
  • Research and monitors the crypto industry
  • Develop your relationship skills through contact with other Apes and exposure to senior bankers

Vice President

  • Support senior bankers for execution of the development of the Ape Society’s community
  • Support the end-to-end processes, including research, pitching and structuring, documentation, due diligence, and virtual roadshows
  • To collaborate with various internal stakeholders / teams including cross border teams, Relationship Managers, and The Ape Society DAO
  • Ensure compliance of activities meet regulatory requirements

Director

  • Key deal team member and leader in the execution and origination of advisory and mandates
  • Prepare and review of key documents including pitch materials, deal marketing materials, and other analytical materials
  • Prepare of models, reviewing and commenting on agreements in projects
  • Communicating and coordinating with the Ape Society and other stakeholders
  • Manage and develop junior bankers

Managing Director

  • Actively pursue development opportunities and originate new engagements for DE BAANK
  • Develop prospect and referral networks and support DE BAANK’s efforts in developing and executing development and marketing strategies
  • Lead deal teams on a variety of projects from initial pitch to closing
  • Manage day-to-day aspects of relationships and banking teams and serve as primary contact on engagements
  • Provide leadership, professional development and mentoring for junior staff
